Responsibilities

•            As an Account Manager, you will be in constant communication with active, inactive and new clients on prospective candidates, client job needs, budget adjustments, and more

•            While this role involves a large amount of phone time and outbound emails, as well as client visits, our Account Managers find it personally and financially rewarding

•            Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling

•            Professionally represent the company through marketing strategies

•            Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts

•            Collaborate with other Account Managers and Recruiters in order to find optimal job matches

•            Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients

•            Sell and negotiate recruiting services to active and target customers

•            Analyzes business trends and relevant economic indicators for hiring and compensation information to utilize in the selection of candidates

•            Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing and maintaining suitable clients

Qualifications

•Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role

•Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Good attention to detail and organizational skills

•Enjoys working with and being part of team

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
